Lamination Capabilities: Our production line allows us to laminate boards of various types and sizes. We work with particleboard, MDF, and other wood-based panels with thicknesses from 10 to 40 mm (standard – 16/18/25 mm). The maximum board format is up to 2800 × 2100 mm, which corresponds to common sizes. Lamination is performed by the direct pressing method: decorative paper impregnated with a melamine polymer is applied to the board and, under high pressure and temperature, firmly fuses with its surface. Thanks to modern automation and precise parameter control, the surface comes out smooth and defect-free, with a strong bond between the decorative layer and the substrate. We achieve a factory level of quality – our laminated boards are on par in performance with materials from leading manufacturers.
Choice of Decors: Our clients have access to an extensive catalog of decors for lamination. We offer solid colors (matte and glossy), woodgrain decors (imitating the texture of oak, beech, walnut, etc.), abstract patterns, as well as decors that mimic stone, concrete, and other materials. All decorative papers and films are sourced from leading European manufacturers, ensuring high pattern clarity and color durability. Upon request, we can also laminate boards with exclusive decors provided by the client.
Flexibility in Order Volumes: We cater to both large-scale orders and small batches. You can order lamination of even a relatively small quantity of boards for a specific project – for example, a batch of panels in a unique color for a store interior. On the other hand, our equipment can handle large runs in a short time frame, which is beneficial for factories looking to outsource lamination of mass-produced products. Before processing, each board is inspected to ensure it has no contaminants, chips, or thickness variations. The finished laminated boards undergo a final inspection: we evaluate the uniformity of the surface, the quality of adhesion at the edges, and the decor’s conformity to the sample.
